What is KIITEE 2021?
KIITEE 2021 will be conducted by KIIT University for admission to various undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses. The application form of KIITEE 2021 will be released by the university on the official website. Qualified candidates in KIITEE 2021 will be called for KIITEE counselling on the basis of the ranks secured in the entrance examination.
The Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination (KIITEE) will be conducted in July in online mode at around 69 cities spread across 27 states and UTs in the country. To appear for KIITEE 2021, candidates have to pass their class 12 examination or equivalent for UG courses whereas candidates applying for PG programmes must have completed their graduation.

KIITEE 2021 Eligibility
KIITEE eligibility criteria will vary for different courses. Given below is KIITEE eligibility criteria 2021 for BTech courses:
BTech (4 Years)/ BTech & MTech (Dual Degree) Biotechnology (5 Years)
1. Educational Qualification
- Candidates should clear Class 12th in 2018, 2019 or should appear for Class 12th exams in 2021.
- Candidates should clear Class 12th in regular full-time mode.
- Candidates should pass Class 12th with minimum 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together.
- For BTech & MTech (Dual Degree) Biotechnology: Candidates should pass Class 12th with minimum 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology taken together.
- Candidates should have been born on or after July 1, 1998.
BTech (Lateral Entry) (3 Years)

- Candidates should possess a three-year diploma in Engineering from State Council of Technical Education of any state.

- Candidates should pass the diploma in Engineering with minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
- Candidates should have been born on or after July 1, 1995.
Note: Candidates who possess IB Diploma from International Baccalaureate Organization, Geneva, Switzerland are eligible to apply for the aforementioned courses. Regarding the same, the official website of the exam informs, 'A candidate who has passed IB Diploma from International Baccalaureate Organization, Geneva, Switzerland are eligible to take admission in all the courses where 10+2 is the eligibility qualification. Other criteria of the eligibility remain as applicable.'
Documents Required for KIITEE 2021
To fill the KIITEE application form, candidates need to have the following documents ready:
- Scanned Class 10th certificate/ mark sheet (in jpg format and size not more than 1 MB)
- Scanned passport size coloured photograph (in jpg format and size not more than 50 KB)
- Scanned signature (in jpg format and size not more than 50 KB)
KIITEE 2021 Reservation Criteria
KIITEE 2021 quota seats are distributed among candidates of different categories as below:
