About KCET 2023
The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will release the official notification of KCET 2023 exam on its official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea. The application process of KCET 2023 will be conducted in online mode only tentatively from the First/Second week of February, 2023. The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) conducts KCET 2023 to allow candidates to gain admission to various Engineering, Architecture, and Agricultural programmes in colleges/universities in Karnataka.
About KCET Exam
Karnataka Common Entrance Test, also known as KCET, is a state-level entrance exam. KCET is a gateway for admission to various professional degree courses in the state of Karnataka. Candidates who wish to pursue courses like BTech, BArch, BSc Agriculture, and BPharma, offered by various Government/Private Aided/ Private Un-Aided Professional educational institutions in the state of Karnataka will have to take this entrance exam for admission.

KCET 2023 Eligibility Criteria
To apply for KCET 2023, candidates must meet certain criterias set by the KEA. This set of parameters to check the eligibility of the applicants is called the KCET 2023 eligibility criteria. The official notification regarding the eligibility will be released soon on the website. The criterias of the previous the year KCET has been mentioned for reference. The age limit, educational qualifications, domicile are all components of the criteria and they can be found below
KCET 2023 Eligibility Criteria for Engineering Courses:
• Students must have completed the 12th grade or its equivalent from a
recognized board or authority.
• Those who are taking the 12th grade can also apply.
• Students must have completed the 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry,
and Mathematics/ Biology from a recognized board.
• Minimum marks: To qualify, students must have received 45% in PCM/PCB subjects (40% in restricted categories). KCET Eligibility Criteria 2023 for Other Courses B.Pharma: Candidates for B.Pharma must have completed class 12th with 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology from a recognized board. Relaxation of 5% for the SC/ST category. B.V.Sc. & A.H.: Candidates must have a 12th grade point average of 50% in PCB and English. Relaxation of 5% for the SC/ST category. B.Arch: Candidates must have a class 12th grade point average of at least 50%. Mathematics should be made a mandatory subject. Candidates must have a valid JEE Main (Paper 2) or NATA scorecard.
BDS/MBBS: Candidates for BDS/ MBBS/ AYUSH programmes must have a 12th grade point average of 50% in PCB. English must be a required subject in the 12th grade.
KCET 2023 Application form
KEA will release the application form of KCET 2023 in online mode. The application process of KCET 2023 includes several steps like registration, filling the form, payment of application fee, uploading the documents and cross-checking before final submission. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria of KCET 2023 can proceed with the KCET 2023 registration process. The step-by-step process for filling the application form of KCET 2023 is as follows. Steps to fill the KCET 2023 Application Form
Step 1: Go to the official website, kea.kar.nic.in, and click on “UGCET 2023 –
Online Application.”
Step 2: Candidates must register themselves on the page with the application
form. Candidates must fill out all of the needed information in order to
register. Following registration, they will receive an application number and
User ID to their registered cellphone number, which should be stored for
future reference.
Step 3: On the screen, a login prompt will appear, and candidates must enter
their login credentials and click submit.
Step 4: The application fee must be paid online using Debit/Credit cards,
Net/Mobile banking, or UPI/BHIM/QR Code.
Step 5: Candidates must complete the “General Information” form that
appears on the screen.
Step 6: In order to proceed, all entries must be saved.
Step 7: After entering all of the study details correctly, click “Save and next.”
Step 8: Documents in JPEG/JPG format, such as the candidate’s photograph
and signature
Step 9: Candidates must double-check all of the information they have
submitted. The application will be rejected if there are any discrepancies in
the information.
Step 10: Finally, candidates must read the declaration and click “Accept and
Submit” to complete the KCET 2023 Application form
KCET Admit Card 2023
The KCET 2023 admission card will only be available online, according to the
officials. Candidates can download their KCET 2023 admit card by following
the instructions outlined below:
